Intro to kettlebells
5 rounds:
- 10 medicine ball deadlift (15 lbs.)
- 10 push press (65 lbs.)


Overhead squat
5 rounds:
- 1 minute of skipping
- 20 push-ups
- 10 medicine call squat and throw
- 5 burpees



Skill Review: squat, dead lift, push press

5 rounds of:
- 10 medicine ball deadlifts (25 lbs.)
- 10 push press (95 lbs.)
